Gator City Roofing, Phillip, and his crew has helped me on a metal roof repair/leak , caused by another company installation. After fixing that problem, another area, in a different location was leaking. He has stayed in contact with me and has tried to help me save money by trying simple repairs. his crew just showed up , and we have decided to do replacement, of panels, drip edges and valleys. Phillip and his crew has gone above and beyond. They care about the customer. Thank You

Very happy with end result. They were able schedule a time to come out quickly. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. I love that they sent me pictures so I can inspect the work. A little slow getting the quote, but it was smooth sailing after I got it.

These guys were excellent!! They came on time, answered all my questions, did great work, and were priced fairly. We have had an issue for a while and had no idea the roof was leaking. We had two other companies come out and these guys were very honest about the issue. Another company tried to charge us and do twice the amount of unnecessary work for twice the cost. We are so glad we chose Gator City!!

They came out on a Sunday after we had a branch go through the garage roof. They couldn t fix it on the spot but they patched it for the night with rain coming and came back first thing Monday to patch. It looks great and was reasonably priced. They were friendly too!

I called them Tuesday night, they called back within a half an hour. Came Wednesday to give estimate, did job this morning, Thursday. They guarantee job for one year. Told me if there is any leak they guarantee it. Crew was efficient, polite and can not say enough about them

Philip with Gator City Roofing was great to work with when we needed repairs to our roof. He was very quick to respond to questions and came out to access the damage immediately. He got the job done promptly and was super easy to work with. We will definitely use him again should we ever need roof repairs!

Great job. I spoke directly to the owner of the company who was very professional and assured me the best service. He vouched for his workers who were both great. They let me know exactly what the issue was, why we got the leak and what they would be doing to fix it. We have had no new issues since the leak was fixed.

He was right on the ball in contacting me. His crew made it to my house the same day as, when I talked with him. It only took them about 20-30 minutes to fix my roof leak. Great job.

I was informed that the seal around a vent had worn away and that I had loose nails, causing water to leak from my bathroom ceiling. On the pro side, this vendor responded right away and offered to come out the same morning I put in the request, which I really appreciated. This was 2 days before the Christmas holiday, so the quick response was very much appreciated. On the con side, I was told the minimum job cost was $300; I feel sure I could have had this issue repaired for less $$ but since they were already there and able to make the repair- and because it was raining and there was more rain in the forecast, I went ahead and had them complete the repair.

They came out 15 minutes after I called them. They spent about 65 minutes looking for the leak and after they found it took another 20 minutes to repair the damage area. Very , very professional.

My experience with Gator City Roofing was just ok. The work was complete and the customer services needs improvement. He's been paid and he hasnt come back out to finish the job. Thank you!!

Hired to repair leak. Initial repairs made leak worse. They have been out about six times to fix leak. Still leaks. Just got quote from another company. I now have to replace part of roof, not just shingles. Since I can't physically climb ladder, new company provided photos of Gator's "work". Even I could tell it wasn't right. PLEASE don't use this guy.

The owner of the company called me today and after talking with him, he is sending out roofers on Tuesday, September 3rd to correct the errors and stop the leaking. So, I am revising my review.

Phillip the owner was very easy to work with and did everything to ensure he provided a good quality product. Cody the installer was very efficient and a hard worker. His work quality was outstanding. Both Phillip and Cody were very patient and willing to answer all of my questions.

After talking with the owner of the business, he immediately resolved an issue and provided clarification regarding a matter I didn't understand. Initially, when I put in a request through HomeAdvisor, Gator City Roofing instantly responded and came out the next day and made the needed roof repairs. This is my first time to use HomeAdvisor and Gator City Roofing. I am quite pleased.
