The handyman was skilled but extremely talkative. The job would have been completed quicker if there had been less conversation. Otherwise the job was completed satisfactorily and the price was very fair.

Father and son team removed an old window, installed a new larger one, repaired the exterior stucco with perfectly matched texture, as well as drywalled and texture matched some interior drywall repair. They worked quickly, were friendly to talk to, and did top of the line work. Recommending to any and all people I know who need work done! Very pleased! Will call again for next project

I hired S. Thomsen Handyman Service to hang four light fixtures and three ceiling fans. They did a great job. I found them to be very professional, courteous, efficient and produced high quality work. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again for any upcoming project.

Great workmanship. Had Shiplap and tile installed. All the lines match, the corners alighted, a job well done! Having him come back now for kore projects and building a custom cabinet bar area and more Shiplap. Cleaned up very well too and very reliable.

I had an appointment within a day of scheduling my online work order; S Thomsen Handy Man was able to arrive early as he completed a prior job ahead of schedule. He quickly assessed the job requirements and completed the work in an efficient manner. I felt the fee for the work was very reasonable and fair. I will definitely call on S Thomsen Handy Man for future needs and recommend him to others. FYI: DO NOT use Handy.com to schedule your appointment or to pay your bill!! Use the online website to select S Thomsen Handy Man for the work you need to be done. He will call you to discuss the details and schedule the appointment. Make sure you pay S Thomsen Handy Man DIRECTLY at the completion of your project. Handy.com is associated, in some manner, with Home Advisor and I inadvertently got them on the phone when calling to make sure my online appointment was scheduled correctly. Without my knowledge, they scheduled me with another contractor and required me to pay, an amount they deemed appropriate for the job, at the conclusion of the call. As it turns out, they overcharged me!! Their involvement created problems for all involved!! S Thomsen Handy Man did not receive payment for the job for several days and the payment he finally received did not come from Handy.com!! I paid him directly while I waited for a refund from Handy.com. Avoid these issues, and deal directly with your contractor.

Stephen installed our TV onto the wall. He bought the bracket. A few days after installation the TV tilted forward. Over the phone he told us to tighten some screws but did not offer to come check it out. After the third call he committed to coming back and replacing the bracket, which was clearly too small for the weight of the TV. He never came nor did he return our calls. We spent a good amount of money and now we must seek someone else to replace the bracket. Dishonest, lack of integrity. Not recommended.

The work was amazing. Everything we asked if him, he did beautifully. I highly recommend this business.

Very friendly and easy to talk to

We had a project that was not huge, but certainly had some difficult aspects to it. While I did not want to hire a big construction company for the work, going in I was a little concerned about the ability of a handyman to tackle the issues. As father Steve and son Steve started working the project, and we got a chance to get to know them a little more, and it became glaringly apparent these two had a solid history and credentials in construction from projects they were involved in and had lead roles in. They were a pleasure to get to know and the real deal when it came to doing the job right.

Steve and Steve(son) did a great job ! I will definitely hire them in the future and recommend them to friends.

The completed my project in about 41/2 hrs. did exactly what I wanted. they were easy to work with.

Great service. Garbage disposal was installed in about 20 minutes. Had a little electrical issues but was troubleshot and fixed with no additional charge. Would definitely use them again!

Steve was efficient and the price was reasonable. The fact that he wore a mask was also good. We especially liked that he told us not to hesitate to call him if we needed adjustments to the new cabinet drawers that he made meaning he stood behind his work. We would definitely recommend him.

Mr.Thomsen was polite,courteous, very professional in his manner and completed a variety of jobs in a very timely fashion. I will definitely hire him again. The work he did was so well executed and I am very pleased.
