He was on time, He performed the required AC service checks and maintenance. He went above and beyond with little extras like leveled off the AC unit for better performance of the unit. My furnace looked like new after he inspected it and cleaned the system. He identified an inconsistent leak in my hot water tank, and repaired it effortlessly. (Other companies had not been able to identify). Jared exceeded my expectations and has since completed work for my husbands business and I have referred him to many family members. Woke up one morning house was down to 60 degrees and furnace wouldnâ t kick on, Sublime showed up quick, found the issue, priced it fairly and had it fixed in no time. Jared even called me the next day to make sure everything was still working and in good shape, that was what really separated Sublime from any other HVAC company Iâ ve used, sure they might â ask how your experience wasâ but to call and genuinely care that everything was still in good shape as it was when he had left was very appreciated.
