Swimming Pool Remodeling
The project was supposed to be started June 15th, it did not start until June 22nd. The job was supposed to be done in 4-5 days, it took 20 days. The tile was not put on as we agreed due to the tile installer being too anxious to leave. He failed to prep the stairs for tile. From June 29th until July 5th, we were left with a 2 foot cesspool, aka mosquito haven, in the bottom of the pool. The marcite was put on July 7th. It already has spots where it is so thin, it is wearing off. The marcite crew could not place tile where I wanted because the steps had not been prepped. Phone messages were seldom returned. We were VERY unhappy.

Pool is great but service was awful. They did not research where we live for what permits they needed to apply for. Also they did not finish the final inspection with our Township. We had to call the township ourselves. Lied to us on a weekly basis as to when each stage was to be completed. Owner was rude and mean to us.
