I hired this pro on the basis of his job estimate and qualifications. After the initial quote of around $1400 he sent a very unqualified worker to run the 220 line to my spa. The worker installed the line properly and ran the 220v cable from the electrical box to my back yard. It then took the worker over 9 hours to hook up the electrical box to the emergency shut off switch and then to the spa. Having had this exact hook up done several times in the past I felt the work was shoddy and unprofessional. What should have been a 4 hour job took over 9 hours to complete. Then the contractor sent me an invoice for more than double his original estimate. The job went from $1400(+-) to over $3600, all because the installer was not qualified to preform the task.

I was desperate because I was flying out at noon. I could not leave the house with no heat and freezing temperatures. Winter arrives early in Lake Tahoe. I left a message. Corey called me back at 6:30 AM. Said he would be there by 9:00 AM. He arrived at 8:50. AM. Replaced the thermostat. A simple one, just what I wanted. Highly professional, very kind, considerate, very honest. A real pleasure. I was extremely satisfied. Yes, I did make my flight. Hire Summit. You wonâ t regret it!!!
