Alex provided credible references and I was impressed by the feedback from the realtors on his list. He was flexible with scheduling, started and finished the job on time and at his quoted price. There were additional repairs required for which he pulled a permit in order to do them by the book and again was very considerate of our deadline. His additional repair charge seemed fair given the extent of the work they performed. I liked working with him as a small businessman who was on site doing the work. A very positive experience overall.

Alex and his crew were VERY helpful with helping us prioritize the work needing to be done on our home. They were timely, reliable, and very enjoyable to interact with.
