Daniela is truly one of a kind! I hired her to clean my 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in preparation for putting it on the market next week, and I am beyond impressed with the results. Daniela is a hard worker and doesn't shy away from any cleaning needs. She is pleasant to talk to and she goes that extra step to make sure the cleaning is up to her standards. Nothing was done, she arrived at 8;30 am and when i arrived at 12;30 she wasnt there nothing had been done and she was no where to be found she took our payment and charged another 125$ because it was a harder job then took that money and said she was going to work once paid in full yet did nothing but take the money and paid half of her rent and is now saying we shouldnt get a full refund because were unfair for wanting our money back since she did nothing. so now we had to pay another company to do the job which they are now making us pay extra for the last minute request.

My house has honestly never been this clean and it has never smelled this good either. Every room was spotless, detailed, and perfectly organized. You can truly see the care, professionalism, and attention to detail in Daniela’s work. Daniela is extremely kind, polite, and respectful, and she takes the time to make sure everything is done right. I was beyond impressed with the results and very happy with the service from start to finish. I highly recommend Daniela to anyone looking for a truly high-quality cleaning. She was very pleasant, thorough and kind. I will say there was a little breakdown in communication and she had to return to complete the cleaning on another date, but I would recommend her.

We were told 2 people would be coming but only one person showed up. On the surface, the place appeared clean. However, the bathroom shower floor was still dirty. Downstairs, none of the furniture was moved (couches, dining table, kids play table, buffet). I had to vacuum the downstairs myself. The counters were wiped down pretty well, but still did have some dirty spots.

Very friendly, timely, flexible and excellent cleaning. Had them do a move-out cleaning and they did an excellent job. Would hire again!
