Very professional start to finish. Received a quick detailed estimate, and scheduling and service were also very promptà ¢à  à ¦speedy in fact. Our countertops look fabulous, exceeding expectations. Ità ¢à  à  s difficult to find someone to do this work, and I had my doubts about using a company I found on the internet. But we are so glad we took the chance on Surface Link because they did a perfect job. It is Hard to find a contractor we can say that about todayà ¢à  à ¦. We are often disappointed. Not with this company. Or this technician (Steve ) who is a pro at this. Time will tell, but as of today, we are thrilled.

Dont use this company! We have Corian counters that were in pristine condition. Just needed a polish. Big mistake! We paid a lot of money and our counters now look worse than before the refinish. They are covered with circular scratches. And I have gotten nowhere with the company . Totally disgusted.

From the very beginning talking to Randy T. and explaining our problem with our counter top (which had a 34 inch long separation where it was joined together) and getting a quote over the phone following with a detailed email and then setting up an appointment within a week or so. The repairman that came to our house was Bill and he was such a nice man along with being such an outstanding craftsman. He repaired the counter top and did an excellent repair. It looks brand new and we are so happy with the outcome. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a counter top repair.

We had a few bumps in the process. Installer was not close by, 3 hour drive, so he was on a **I will be up there next week** kind of a schedule. The inspection took 2 weeks because of that. Then the sink shipped to the installer and arrived damaged. Had to reship. Another 2 weeks. Sink arrived, had to get him up here, another 2 weeks. He got sick. Another 2 weeks. Finally arrived with the sink. Wrong size. Had to reorder Another 2 weeks. Sink arrived, scheduled install Another 2 weeks. Installer was polite, clean, professional. The quality of the work was also good. They discounted the price in the end for the hassle. Overall, the value and workmanship was good. The process was clunky. Some of it was unavoidable, some would have been easier remediated with a local installer. I would hire them again, but would definitely plan further ahead and not expect quick service.

Everything about the experience was the first rate. Jake the Residential Estimator communicated clearly and effectively. We sent four photos of the chips on our granite counter-top and received a firm bid that was reasonable for the job. The technician, Wayne, who did the work was careful, efficient and helpful to us. The end result was very satisfying. We are very happy with Surface Link.

Steve arrived on time and was very professional. Took time to explain the procedure and then got right to work. He had all the right tools to complete the modification of our granite. Finished the granite modification and cleaned up in under 2 hours. He even checked our new drop in induction cooktop to make absolutely sure it would fit in the opening. Would highly recommend Surface Link.

My pro is a master at deftly shaping the Corian countertop to enclose a new kitchen stove. The fit was precise and perfect. He never wavered about what to do next. Then he burnished the same 35-year-old countertop to silky beauty that made it look brand new -- better than the original! To watch him work is to see that he loves it -- something we see seldom these days! If I ever again need the same jobs done perfectly, I will insist on hiring him. He was patient in answering my questions (and I always have a lot). No client could be more pleased than I am!
