Having an older roof we were very concerned with the cleaning process and insuring the roofs integrity while addressing the concerns of moss and wear. They were extremely detail oriented and thorough and we could not have been more pleased with the end result!

I got a call Friday night from Alex I told him of my emergency He came next day ,30min early than time he said he would be there He and co worker worked hard and fixed item that nobody else could catch. Since Iâ ve never lived in a state where pretty much all the houses are vinyl exterior instead of brick, I must say this was a good experience. The technician I had, Alex, did an awesome job explaining and doing the job.

I was given several referrals by Home Advisor, checked their information with the State of Washington and gave them information regarding my project. Alex made an appointment, came here and reviewed what I wanted done: Remove dead moss and debris and clean the surface of my roof and skylights as well as a very dirty, moss-covered brick chimney. They promised no high-power washing or brushing - using instead a low-power cleaning solution recommended by roofers in our area and providing a 2-year warranty. On the date we chose, Alex arrived promptly and after I showed him the hose and electric connection locations, he quickly got to work. I had already removed the hanging baskets as he had advised me to do. In 2 hours , just as he had told me, he was finished. There was no mess left for me - he actually hosed off all of my plants around the house which might have had "over-spray"! Alex was friendly, professional, competent and I would definitely hire him again! In fact, a neighbor has called already to see just what I had done, and I believe he will be a future client!!
