Showed up on time for the job, however we had immediate peeling issues. They did return to correct those. However, it continued to peel and eventually had to be redone. I have had a large number of these jobs completed in the past and it did not appear as if proper preparation was done on this particular project.

The man came out and did the work very quickly. No follow up. Doesn't answer calls. Does not honor warranty! Is pedaling a project and service that he had no intention to follow up on!

I hired David to fix 1 bathtub and 3 sinks and resurface them, I paid them in full after the work was done, 2 weeks later I got back to the home and it did not look like the cracks were addressed before he sprayed, I called David and he said he would come out and take care of it and did not and that was the last time I talked to him

I would not recommend him because if the job is not done right, they don't seem too concerned about getting it fixed.

On the plus ide they were responsive, courteous and cooperative. On the minus side, there was some overspray, some dirt specs in the finish and I never got the promised warranty document.

great work but was not able to match bone tub correctly color was closer to a biscuit and it shows thankfully its in the soap dish area. otherwise very timely and professional service very clean color matching is an art and this crew had not mastered it yet. But they get a B+ for the effort

Dave is a complete hack and a ripoff. Tub started peeling 2 months after it was refinished by one of his two workers! I was told that I had a five year warranty. Dave still wanted to charge me anyways. A second worker came by to retouch and it started peeling again. He then gave me his personal contact info and told me to call him if it started to happen again and he would do it under the table without Dave knowing. They obviously know what type of company Dave is running. What kind of company is this?

"SRS LLC stands behind its work and its warranty provided the customer uses the tub as explained and that another service does not come in and crack or change the coating. As with any customer over our nearly 20 years of satisfied work, we will fix or redo the tub if it is not holding up well at no charge...that is the essence of a warranty. Since this customer did not identify his or her name, we cannot address this specific situation. Was the tub misused? Did someone put down a mat? Did something fall in the tub and begin a crack? Without any of this knowledge, we cannot help. Furthermore, we have never heard of a tub peeling within its initial use. We will be pleased to work directly with this customer if he/she calls the office."

Very difficult getting my receipts and written warranty. Finally received the documents after 5-6 phone calls and quite a few emails.
