Truly Terrible customer service and overall experience. Technician made unnecessary holes in my ceiling and floors, banged up my walls, and just overall trashed my newly remodeled basement. When the issue was brought up to customer service they refused to take accountability of the damage to my home and were very unprofessional. We are going to hire a different company to fix the mess they made of my basement, AND do they job that SWAT was too incompetent to complete. Save your money and hire actual professionals.

Several of the employees are not honest. I am disabled and found out about a program that pays for radon mitigation systems if a person qualifies. I contacted SWAT Environmental and asked Ryan if they work with this government program (LIRMA). He said that they did and that I could set up an appointment. I was later contacted by LIRMA and told that my application was turned down because they absolutely do not work with SWAT Environmental. I was told that they have provided this fraudulent information to several disabled people. I called to talk to Ryan about this and he blatantly lied and said that he never said that they work with that program. His supervisor backed him, saying that if Ryan said that he did not tell me that then he must not have. He would not even listen when I explained what exactly Ryan told me. I have repeatedly tried to work out a solution with SWAT but they are rude, unprofessional, and seemingly support and cover-up each other lies.

They were on time, the radon mitigation system installation was done efficiently, and the work space was left neat and clean when the installation was finished. The tech and customer service staff were knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. Overall, a very good experience.

Andrew was great, explained everything he was doing and why. Answered my questions quickly which reduced my stress about the whole system. Called me 30 minutes before arriving as I asked, and arrived on time.

Bought a house and had a Radon Test done. It came back higher than the recommended EPA levels (I trust and believe in the EPA actually). Got a number of estimates and reviewed some companies. I went with SWAT Environmental as they could schedule weekends. I believe his name was Robert, he showed up on time and completed faster than expected. He answered all of my questions and was open and honest about everything. He was respectful of the property interior and exterior. Overall a great experience and I would recommend SWAT if you need Radon Mitigation.

I had a very good experience using SWAT to install a new radon mitigation system, especially due to it being more complicated than expected due to the home structure. Jude worked on my system and was very friendly and knowledgable and kept me updated on the status. The resulting system came out well and seems to be working well. Another individual, Richard, also assisted with an electrical issue after the system was installed. He was also friendly and figured out the problem quickly. I would recommend this company.
