Horrible experience. We had a radon mitigation system put in. We are moving and need to be completed by mid-March. They came earlier this month and put one in and also fix our pump. The guy started drilling into the side of our house and drilled in the wrong place and put a hole in my bedroom. Not in the basement. He stopped after we told him. He then gets on the phone. He then comes in and takes pictures. He said, someone, more experience is going to come and install the system. He then finishes the pump and leaves. He left his trash everywhere. Meanwhile, I have a hole in the side of my house with just a pipe with a piece of wood on it blocking the hole. A new guy comes out and redid everything! Which is great they said they need to find trim and etc. to patch the hole in our wall. Well, we have not heard of anything from them. My husband called said corporate will have to call. They called and said someone else will call with details. We have heard nothing! We move in 17 days and it needs to be fixed.

Before hiring SWAT Environmental I spent time researching Radon mitigation, what it involves, what to look for and to be able to determine whether a Radon mitigation company or person knew how to correctly address the issue. I am very satisfied with the work SWAT did for us. They were easy to work with, they were professional in all my dealings with them, and they addressed all the questions or concerns I had. SWAT had no problem with making a second visit to seal cracks in our basements floor, which I saw as a way to further reduce having Radon enter our home. Their very favorable rating on Home Advisor and their A+ rating on the BBB were a plus.

Dud a messy install. Didnt caulk areas, left attuc door off. Didnt install near outlet.

Friendly, timely, worked around my clutter. Cleaned up inside mess. The only thing I had to clean up was a small pile of pvc pipe shaving left on the lawn.

They quoted me a price,I tried to add a bigger fan and was told I didn't need it.Saved me money. Another company offered me a lower price and SWAT beat that price.Work was done at the time quoted and done well.
