Did a good job, in and out in one day. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the tech dumped the concrete and clay from the hole they drilled in my backyard without telling me. Would be happy to dispose of that myself but would prefer he didnt dump it on my grass.

Our radon specialist, Tim Milledge, was terrific. Communication was excellent, he arrived on time, was professional, courteous and experienced. He was able to run the pipe line and place the other equipment in a way to be unobtrusive and did nothing to detract from the aesthetics of our property. He explained post procedures and cleaned up after himself, unusual these days with service providers, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend SWAT and, in particular Tim.

They did a great job with the installation and made sure the Radon was under the level it needed to be. He had to make a couple of trips to make that happen but was very polite and profession through the whole process.

The installer that came out was great, very nice, explained everything he was going to do and once done went over the warranty. Estimate was given right away plus a discount which I greatly needed on my budget.
