Workmanship was acceptable, exhaust pipe runs at a angle up the side of the house (it probably should have been run up the rear of the house for aesthetic reasons).

Great company! Called a few times to get a price and ask a few questions. All of my questions were answered and the price was great. On the day of the installation o got a call from their dispatcher stating the installer had been in an auto accident. (He was ok) but would be unable to come today. They still were able to send someone else out. Which I was not expecting. The installer came was professional and explained everything and installed the system in a short amount of time. Highly recommend

They did not seal the sump pump and seal the cracks in the basement. They did not radon proof the basement but only set up the system and left.
