James called ahead to let me know when he would be there. After examining my home, he came up with a couple of options as to where to locate the duct work. I was amazed how quickly he was able to complete the job, and it looked great!

I originally hired SWAT Environmental and they were awful! They installed a radon mitigation system that made so much noise that our neighbors complained. I gave them a premature "good" rating. The fan was bad...they stood us up twice with appointments and would not fix the fan. We immediately called Metro Radon and they came right away...replaced the fan for $300 and there was no noise. Mark from Radon was exceptional and saved our butts as we were closing on the house the next day and needed the noise fixed in order to close. Please do not use SWAT control. So easy to schedule and re-schedule! They actually called me when an earlier opening was available. Installer was friendly and knowledgeable about what would transpire during installation as well as what to watch for afterwards. I quickly got my warranty information by email right after installation was complete.

I was not present at time of mitigation. Service was prompt and I was notified as soon it was completed.

The work was excellent. I have found that the unit is much noisier than I thought it should be. I feel that I should’ve been warned about this.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!! I hired them and the job was done nicely, Dan O'Brien was the technician who took care of the project and he did an excellent job, he answered all of my questions and explained to me everything related to Radon gas. When he finished setting everything up and the job was completed all the working area looked super clean and the installation looks just like it is part of the house and that has been there forever. This is what I call a Perfect and Complete execution of a Radon gas mitigation project.

Radon Mitigation in my home has gone done to 1.5 from 5.5 The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and efficient. Great Experience.

The installation crew was courteous, worked with integrity and care. Install was completed in a short period of time and they cleaned up the areas completely. The lead installer gave me a complete explanation of how the system worked and what I could expect. I am pleased.

Overall everything was pretty good. I felt the installation could have looked much cleaner but it is fine. I still haven't re tested to see what my radon levels are now.

My installer was prompt, informative, knowledgeable, and respectful. the system was installed in about 3 hours and works great. I highly recommend SWAT Environmental for any Radon Mitigation system you need.

If I was in need of another mitigation system. I would ask for it to be installed by Seth. I don't know his last name but his tech number is 849.

Be sure you ask way too many questions,, there was still some things I was unclear about when work was beginning.
