I can not speak for all their workers but the one who came to my house was very knowledgeable. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself when done. He also took time to explain the whole process and how it works.

For $1300 I d expect a better install. After I looked at it all when it was finished. The guy never caulked the pipe out of the house, he told me about all the animals that he s taken out of the pipe that get in from up top but didn t put a screen on it? Also I found that he ran electrical and I requested the permit and an inspection and haven t heard anything back. I bought a radon tester just to make sure it actually works now. I feel ripped off.

Make sure you know how they will be contacting you they told us they would call a half hour before as we no longer life at the house we were putting the system in they didnt call till they were there and said they sent a email the night before
