The first time the contractor came out and said it was pretty much not worth it doing the job then left. His supervisor called me complaining about sending his guy out and me refusing to do the work. I explained that his guy said it was not worth it and attempted to place the blame on me.

I was happy with price, timeliness my only complaint was the cord was ran by extension outside. I would have hired electrician to be there to install new receptical had they explained that. Otherwise pleased with service

They did the job well.

For Radon mitigation, this is the place to go

Radon levels haven't been over 1.6 since the install. Very professional from the 1st call to finishing the job. Highly recommend!

Still waiting on testing to see if levels dropped, but very happy otherwise.

the first visit for the installation went very well. The technician, Jordan, was an excellent installer. Unfortunately, we required a second visit to replace the fan motor, since it was faulty, and was vibrating our whole house. After a bit of resistance from one of the customer service people at SWAT, I contacted Larry, and he sent Jordan back to replace the fan. Once that was done, we had no issues, and were pleased with the lack of noise from the system. The post-install test kit wasn't great, though, and requires overnight mailing, or the test won't be valid. The shipping of the post-test should be included in the package price. Otherwise, if you send it prepaid bulk rate, you'll have to order another test kit, since it takes so long to get to the lab. Overall, I would definitely use this company again!
