Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Michael, at Swat Plumbing came to fix a clog in our guest bathroom. He did a great job!! He was very nice and courteous and also gave us some great advice for another plumbing issue. I would definitely hire Michael at Swat Plumbing to come back if I needed a plumber again.

Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
At time of home purchase, a plumbing repair was required for home slab foundation warranty transfer. A significant amount of money was spent on repair work. 3 years later I am spending $4,000 RE-REPAIRING what SWAT told me was a permanent repair that would not require any maintenance or checking. It was a failed job that they had a hard time finding records for and did not stand behind their work. I would not recommend using SWAT at all.

The SWAT worker was very nice and to the point. He let me know what had to be done and the price that I would have to pay. Right after that, he got straight to work. I loved that he cleaned up his mess after his job. I would like for him to come back out if I had anymore trouble again.

I have used them before through the home warranty no that I donât have it anymore I am glad they are on home advisor they were the only company out of 3last time my drains clogged to be able to get them draing again.

SWAT Plumbing came in with a competitive and timely bid for my slab leak. Every experience after that was awful. They charged my CC for the full amount of the repair in advance although the signed contract stated half payment before and half after completion. They no-showed for four consecutive appointments and did not call to notify me of the changes in advance, I only discovered it once I called them. Once I decided to pursue a refund I had to fight my way over the phone to get to a manager. Once I spoke with a manager they did issue a refund in a timely manner which I do appreciate. Not exactly sure why they couldnt get to my repair but I had my slab leak diagnosed and repaired by another licensed plumber in three days after I battled with SWAT for almost a month.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Swat Plumbing installed my hot water heater and while the installation was first rate at a great price, the communication from the office was not as efficient. The plumber Keith Cantrell and his assistant Eli came and offered an estimate, giving me a day they would come to do the install. The office never called me about them not coming on that day. When I called the office, they were less than cooperative. Keith came the following day and we got the project done is great order. Keith and Eli did outstanding work, going above and beyond in my expectations. Keith even recommended to the office a time when the inspector should come to approve the installation; the inspector came when Keith suggested. When I need plumbing work done again, I will call Swat and specifically request Keith and Eli. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

We left multiple voicemails attempting to get information from you. We tried one last time the night before your appointment, before we gave your time frame to a customer who had contacted us back. Unfortunately, without any contact from you, we were unable to know what the job entailed and did not have your actual phone number, only the fake number Home Advisor provides. It is imperative that we speak with each customer to get the details of their job. This determines which technician we send to the site. We really did not appreciate you yelling at our scheduler and using the fact that your a realtor to bully your way through the system. However, we're happy we were able to get you taken care of on such short notice for this particular job. Good luck on future endeavors."
