Tony was the only non-dealer in Houston that would install our 600lbs fridge on the 2nd floor. Kudos for that. BUT they're not carefull installers; they don't use a level to hang doors or for the appliance (which in our case was key), banged our 9000$ fridge to fit in a (tight) cupboard, and took home a box of parts "we did't need". Fridge was "parked" on top of waterline, so no ice till we had that fixed. We don't recommend them for installs but for heavy lifting.

The two installers sent for my project were very courteous and efficient. We had to have them come back out and adjust a door of the refridgerator, but they fixed it with no problem.

This company saved my life (or at least my sanity). They were able to disconnect my broken washer/dryer, then pick up and deliver the new ones and install them, all for a very reasonable price. Matt came when he said he would, did a professional job, and was responsive to questions. I will use them again.

This was the best part of my appliance installation process. Tony was very flexible with this install since it had to happen over 2 days. if the company I ordered the appliances from wasn't putting in the range (once it gets here) for free I would hire tony and SWAI again in a heart beat.
