Rene was very responsive and professional. He repaired two broken window frames as well as a sliding door. We met in the morning and he was able to obtain the necessary replacement parts and complete the installation by early afternoon of the same day. He visited my home, inspected the damaged glass, clearly explained what needed to be replaced, sourced the correct replacement, and coordinated the installation seamlessly. I inquired on Angi regarding broken window. Rene Lastra contacted me and made an appt. He measured pane so he could order a new one. Asked for deposit of $383.00. Returned 12/07/25 with the new pane to install. The new pane did not fit properly. Not even attached in different places, broke window lock, screen is broken and needs to be replaced. He asked for another $200.00 and left. When I went in to see the window I was shocked. Screen laing on the ground, window was loose.

Rene repaired 8 windows and several sliding doors that were hard to open or didn't open at all. He identified the issues right away and completed the reapirs promptly and the cost was reasonable.

He repositioned it and confirmed that was all that was needed. I was very pleasently surprised that they didn't try to sell me repairs or doors that are really not necessary at this point. I have been trying for 4 years to find someone to repair 3 windows that wouldn't open. Everyone i called only wanted to sell me windows & not repair them. I actually have lower # impact windows when this home was built by Lennar. I was lucky to find Rene. He repaired all 3 windows, checked the rest of the windows & made minor repairs to the patio door. My advice: hire him, he's respectful, follows thru with updates & was reasonablely priced.

Rene called and made a pro.pt appointment with me. He diligently removed the sliding inpact doors and proceeded clean out the track and replaced the rollers with new ones. Replaced the sliding doors back to the track and opened they work with just two fingers to open and closed. Thank you Renee for your expertise and skill!

On a scale of 1-10 Rene is an eleven. Contacted me on Thursday and immediately came and did measurements and returned today to install the window pane. He was extremely punctual, very professional, courteous and did very neat work. I highly recommend him.
