Review of Swift Pool Maintenance - 1 Star I've used Swift Pool Maintenance in Mobile, AL for a solid year, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their glowing reviews, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. From the beginning, there were too many days when they simply didn't show up. On numerous occasions, they neglected to put the cover on the traps, leaving my pool vulnerable. My jacuzzi, which I specifically paid extra to have cared for, was consistently overlooked. They left the top off my jacuzzi for a month, claiming they had cleaned it, but it was evident they hadn't. To make matters worse, the staff seemingly pushed a button that started the draining and auto-refill simultaneously, which led to an astonishing $1,800 water bill. Note that this is my vacation home, and they were hired to take complete care of my pool and jacuzzi. This kind of careless mistake is unacceptable.

this company is amazing! I had a murky green pool and wasted over 1k in chemicals over the course of 1 month. They came and completely got rid of the green algea all within 3 days! The price was VERY reasonable to. I would totally recommend this company. Very knowledgeable as well answered all my questions.
