Swift River Construction, LLC

Not only did Swift River do an amazing deck extension and repair, they also helped with some very tricky framing for my basement remodel. Swift river went above and beyond to lend their expertise as my basement progressed., and for over a year now have helped beautify all the rooms with amazing woodworking skills using a variety of wood for the ceilings and walls. I appreciate so much their attention to the littlest details that might not be obvious to the untrained eye!!!! They have really made some seemingly impossible situations come to life!!! Not to mention they are the nicest duo that you could hope for and a pleasure to have around. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much Aben and Beth!

I enjoyed working with Swift River on our stair and deck projects. They were very helpful recommending type of construction and materials and were here on schedule as planned until the work was completed. I would definitely hire again for future projects.

Contacted a few companies to inquire about a deck rebuild. All but Swift River said complete rebuild. Beth at Swift River was the first to start at replacing just the deck boards and replace any structure as needed. This concept alone saved a lot of money as the entire PT Structure was sound. Demolition and new deck boards were a fairly quick project and the quality of the picture frame deck is amazing. Aben and Beth were amazing to work with and highly recommended.

Swift River is probably the single best contracting company I have ever dealt with and with an antique house I have had many! They replaced my old back porch/deck within a week exactly as we discussed and paid attention to every detail. They were here at 8:00 AM every day, worked all day and cleaned up at the end of each day. Highest quality workmanship making our deck look like it has always been there. Great communication from Beth before, during and after the project. I could not be happier and HIGHLY recommend them for any project. I will not hesitate to use them again should any new projects come up. Important to note that Beth and her brother completed our deck themselves.

We hired Swift River to remove and replace over 1000 sq. ft. of deck in our backyard. They gave us a very competitive estimate and were able to start the project within a week. The craftsmanship was terrific. More importantly, they paid attention to our requests and explained many different options to meet those requests, the customer satisfaction level is extremely high. They showed up for work everyday on time and worked every day until the project was completed. Every evening the work site was cleaned up and and small pieces of wood were stacked. It was a real pleasure to work with them because of their concern to do a great job, we highly recommend this contractor. In fact, we have hired them to replace our fence.

They gave good prices at good fast service as well.

Renovated our deck and put in new patio door both upstairs and downstairs. Painted the entire exterior of our house. We have recommended them on many occasions.

Beth is very responsive and personable! She is attentive to what I was interested in having done. They ran into some obstacles, and Beth was quick to overcome that, and kept us updated on what was going on! I appreciate how conscientious she was about moving the project forward! She got the job done in a timeline that worked for us! I was interested in getting a rebate with the energy trust, and she went above and beyond to help me! -Cesia
