This has to be the worst experience that I have ever had with a contractor who talks a big game up front. They seem very reliable and trustworthy, but I was fooled. The product that I received was not what we paid for. The process itself was a nightmare as well. They showed up at random times and worked at a snail's pace. Several of the employees didn't know how to do certain taks and waited for supervisor guidance. The deck passed inspection but did not meet my approval. The fasteners were not installed correctly and now I have warped boards. The handrail looks like a snake when you look down the front rail. I actually had to finish the product by myself due to the quality of work. I couldn't find the best pictures, but here are a couple.
