Formed on February 24th, 2012, SYNC Technology Integration is a 50% veteran-owned company specializing in all things technology. From flat-panel installation to networking to complex home automation and control systems, we are solely focused on our individual clients and employees. We currently are a company of four employees with a local office/small design suite in Indianapolis, IN. Whether you are looking to build a new home and start from scratch or have an existing home that you'd like to update with newer technology, we can help address all your technology wants and needs! Do not waste your time with any of the contractors for Home Advisors. If your project is less than $10,000, they will not do the work. This has been my experience with each of the contractors who came out to waste my time measuring and tine lying about emailing a quote.

You had a previously scheduled appointment with our company that was done by HomeAdvisor, but we are not currently taking leads from HomeAdvisor currently and that was conveyed to them. .We am having security cameras installed on the outside of my house. This company came out on time with a estimate and it was what we thought it would cost. It is very fair and they are very helpful. Patrick is the one that came out and he spent a lot of time with us and told us what we needed to make our house secure.

Patrick was very professional and honest. They were on-time and showed up to our residence on the day that was scheduled. They were very clean and removed all excess trash when leaving the home. They spent the time to answer all our questions on the installation and did not leave until we had a good understanding on the items installed/replaced. We have scheduled another appointment with Sync to have additional work done.

My experience was ok. The guy on the phone who set up the time for the tech to come over was very pleasant and nice. The tech did his job, got paid, and left. Not much conversation. But good work. So work wise, I give it five stars, but customer service just needs some help.

Sync Technology Integration is a great company overall. Patrick was great getting here quickly for an estimate, and Work was scheduled for the following week. Gary and his assistant were here when they said they would be and did an excellent job with our installation. We had to change providers to get adequate speed for our system, and Gary returned the next day to complete setup for us. Great company.

Highly recommended. They were able to wire my cable jacks and cable modem out of the basement onto the main level as requested. The final bill was more than the estimate but they did good work.
