Archie of S and Y roofing helped me with an emergency roof repair over a weekend. I was visibly distressed as it was during a period of very rainy weather, and Archie came for an inspection on a Saturday morning. He was extremely kind in his communications and the customer service S and Y provided was beyond amazing. Archie and his crew made it back the same day, on a Saturday, to fix my roof and did a thoroughly excellent job. This was not an easy task given the other jobs they had already scheduled for the day, but they made it back for my repair because they care about their customers. This is a wonderful family business that I would recommend.

Archie with S & Y actually repaired a leaky and damaged area on my roof around the electric service mast, then put new shingles in place - on the very day that I contacted him - amazing and a job well done!

They were timely in calling us back to set up a quote. They were ON TIME to inspect the job and to do the job. Finished the job in a timely manner. Showed me pics of the repairs and walked me through the process. VERY impressed. Easy process from start to finish!

They replaced several shingles on our roof and our chimney had a brick or 2 missing so they filled it in with concrete. They were quick and proficient.

These guys did awesome work. Archie immediately stopped what he was doing to come and attend to my emergency. These guys do work fast and so excellent work. Would definitely recommend!

Honestly could not be happier with the service, attention to detail and overall attentiveness. Archie came out immediately to check out the work we needed and had a crew out the next morning.
