Dirk was very friendly and knowledgeable. I just had four downspouts that needed to be replaced because they were split. He was very willing to come out and do the job even though it was a small job. I actually found more work that needed to be done. The workers were a little late but they called and told me it was because they had a rain delay at a project prior to mine. So that is very understandable. They came in and did the job quickly and cleaned up well after themselves. A very courteous crew. I would definitely hire them for another job or recommend them to anyone else.

While we were heading into the end of the summer and our area had been visited by its fair share of impressive hail storms, came out the very next day when other gutter companies hadnt even bothered to return out phone call. They took measurements, gave us a quote, and were on time. They came out a week later, arrived when they said, and completed all of the work in a days time, improved the gutter flow and arrangement on the house. I was shocked by how much better our home looked with high grade gutters. Clean up was also spot on. They sold a great product and did a great job!

Dirk P was a fantastic point of contact and made the whole process so smooth. Even after our first big storm with the gutters when we noticed a few issues, the problem was resolved the same day I reported it for no additional cost. Best customer service I've had in a while. Stan was even thoughtful enough to not ring my doorbell to avoid waking up my baby.

I contacted SZ Construction to repair a leaky gutter and place covers on all the rest. I have a very large home with extremely steep roofs and 3 stories. So my home is likely one of the most challenging out there for roof and gutter work. Sam sent a drone up to the top and around the whole house and discovered I had a bigger problem. The top gutters had standing water in them that was flowing backwards! The others were falling apart as well. So after they showed me the pictures from the drone we decide on replacement. The fully explained it and gave me ways to save on cost. Within a week and a half a crew of several guys (including Sam) came out. Over 2 days they did a great job. The color match was perfect, they worked efficiently and quietly, and cleaned up the years afterward. Dirk and Sam kept me abreast of things via text and phone calls the entire time. Hopefully it'll work as well as it looks--I'll check over the next couple rainfalls. They will also come out twice a year to make sure everything is functioning properly. I am very happy about this as I have a hard time finding people to work on my gutters given my roof slope and height. I highly recommend this company. They were very nice people to boot!

I rent out the house that I needed new gutters on, and live hours away, so I never met or saw the customer rep or the installation crew. It was all arranged via phone and email. DIrk was my customer rep, and was thorough, polite, professional, and understanding of my questions and delay when I had to leave town for a few weeks. It all went together well, and they did a great job. I and my tenants are very pleased.
