Orlando is very professional and competent. He and his crew did a very nice job on my patio for a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

Orlando and his crew did a 500sq/ft patio with stairs and pillars. Orlando was very accommodating throughout the entire process. He delivered more than initially promised at no additional cost. Don't look any further as you won't find a better quality to price ratio anywhere else.

Orlando Sa is doing extensive work at my home - tiling our 3 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room, bricking the entire front of my home, constructing a front stoop and walkway and doing light plumbing and carpentry as needed. Orlando's brick work is truly top notch, and his tiling work is great. He is honorable and honest and you can rest assured that there will be no "nickel and diming." He actually cares more about the quality of his work and the beauty of your home than making a buck. He fixes problems and mistakes without argument. His prices are fair and reasonable. Hi. As referred by you I signed contract with Sa Brick & Stones In. (Mr. Orlando Sa) on 6/8/08 and he completed the work and complete payment has been made. But there were some follow up work, which he promised will be done later. He never did it. Further the Driveway that he paved started breaking up and I called him. He told me that there are some problems with the quality of tiles he used and he will replace it. This was some time in March of 2009. He never came to fix it and every time I call him, he will say next week he will fix it. Now even after 6 months, he keep on saying the same story; but never came or fixed it.

Orlando and his team did an excellent job on a gut renovation of our garden patio which included brick repair, painting, demolition of the damaged concrete slab and brick retaining wall and replacement of the same with interlocking pavers and a blue stone retaining wall. Orlando worked with us to implement all of our ideas and was helpful in making changes and adjustments as the project advanced.

We did three retaining walls and two large patios (one around the pool). Orlando did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. None of the usual contractor nickling and diming.

I wanted an exposed brick wall put up in a brand new kitchen of a TINY apartment. They were great - gave a reasonable estimate, showed up promptly, were careful, did a great job of containing the mess and I would definitely use them again for any future work.
