Everything was great. Everyone I worked with was professional and knowledgeable and friendly. The two man crew that came to my house. Can’t remember there names now. But they were awesome. Was somewhat concerned about the leveling process prior to work being accomplished. When the tasks were completed I was extremely impressed. Sabers two employees were both very professional and the job was completed much faster than expected. The end result exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Saber to anyone needing concrete leveling.

Couldn’t be happier with the full encapsulation plus dehumidifier installation Saber provided us. The guys that performed the work were timely, communicative, thoughtful and highly skilled. We had 3 other companies come out to quote the job and had to wait the longest for Saber to come by to quote it but so glad we waited because we ended up choosing them and grateful we did! I have a mid century home with a concrete floor. I had multiple settling points and voids underneath the team at saber got it stabilized and leveled in a matter of hours. They were prompt, kept everything clean, and did everything I was expecting and hoping for.

This company is excellent. So professional and reliable. They did significant work to our crawlspace that has resolved our water issues. Curtis is so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

EASY TO WORK WITH - GREAT SUPPORT

SCAM WARNING! DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSIT! The salesman, Isaac Lacey, insisted I pay a deposit before he left. He even offered 5% off to get it immediately! A few days after you have booked the appointment, Sara Garduno calls to cancel because they don't have a truck available for another month! Yes, more than 30 days later? Why not just hire another truck, Itâ  s less than $100 a day? (Now I know itâ  s because they had no intention of coming..) When you ask to speak with the manager, Mariah Strickland from Lake Elsinore, she never calls back. She's always in a meeting and never returns calls. I've tried several times and always get transferred to Sara Garduno. I asked to get my deposit refunded and Sara Garduno refused because it's been more than 3 days? What? Wait a minuteâ ¦ sheâ  s the one who cancelled the appointment, not me! This smells fishy! Then, looking at the quote again, it states that the price is not valid after 30 days! So, first, she calls to cancel your appointment after 3 days passed so you can't be refunded and then wants to book it more than 30 days later so they can renegotiate the price! IT IS A CAREFULLY PLANNED SCAM: THEY TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT AND THEN CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT WITH NO INTENTION OF DOING THE WORK! I RECEIVED NO SERVICE AND HAVE NO APPOINTMENT NOW. THEY JUST CAME AND TOOK MY MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT BACK! That is illegal and predatory in California! I'm now hiring a lawyer to get my deposit back! I wish I did more research: Don't believe the â  good" reviews, they have scammed many others... YOU ARE THEIR NEXT VICTIM

We had a concrete walkway that had sunk and became a trip hazard. Removing and replacing the concrete would have been more costly and inconvenient than the lift Saber did and the work exceeded expectations. I'm thoroughly pleased and highly recommend Saber to others!

The project is an improvement but not all that I was led to believe and expected. I was told by the project designer that the concrete could be lifted to nearly original height. After seeing that was not the case, I was told by the installer that was not possible. As I said, it is better than it was but not quite what I expected.

Would not recommend these people for foundation repair. My appointments were rescheduled 2 times with little to no communication. Took time off of work to be home for the installation and canceled on me that morning. Work quality was ok but definitely too expensive.

Saber is a quality outfit. Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely well-trained. Our estimator was Paul. He was thorough! Crawled all around under the house and then sat with us for a good 1/ hour explaining what he found and his recommendations for retro-fit. Marco was the foreman on the installation, working with Chauncey. They were polite, highly skilled professionals. Marco even found a plumbing leak, took photos and showed them to us. Above and beyond. In an age of "slam-bam, if you don't like the results of your job, too bad" the professionalism and customer service we experienced with Saber was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend. It is a good feeling to know our home is secured to our foundation!
