I was hoping I could leave a better review. Jim and team were contracted to refinish several wood columns around the exterior of our house, front porch and back patio ceilings. As well as the front door and and sidelights. First the positives. Competitive pricing and arrived when scheduled and stayed on the job until finished. The columns came out well. We’re having to have another contactor redo the front door due to poor skills on the application of the poly coat. Was very thick and runs galore. The ceilings of the back patio were originally a satin finish when the house was custom built and we were clear we wanted that replicated. The first attempt it looked like a high gloss new basketball court. When I questioned it was told ‘I like the shine’. Great if it’s your house but not what we wanted. They did rework it and toned it down some but still not what we had hoped for. The crew brought in was not skilled for the task. This was clear when I witnessed the GC showing one crew member how to apply stain. Where I was most disappointed the crew chipped the finish on our door hardware I assume hitting it with a sander and now I have to figure out how to strip in an refinish myself. Lastly the crew later a dozen or so stain drops on out blue stone front porch. Was told ‘no problem we’ll come back and fix that’. Waited 2 weeks and called to inquire if someone was coming to fix it. Was told ‘Haven’t forgot about you we’ll be right over’. 6+ weeks later no one ever arrived. So off the goggle and pulling my own pressure washer out to see if I can remedy. All in all, nice guy but I had the strong sense the team brought in were day laborers vs skilled for the job at hand.

Jim Bailey sent a letter in the mail (NOT a Ziplock bag in the driveway NOR a piece of paper stuck to our mailbox) describing their services. The timing was just right, as we had several items at our house that needed to be fixed (painting, rotted wood, broken railing, etc.). Jim's crew was timely and efficient, and they addressed all of our issues to my satisfaction. Would absolutely recommend them!

I contacted Jim, Sabillion owner, regarding rot on my front porch. He responded promptly and came to my house to evaluate. He explained what was going on and gave me a range of options with approximate prices to fix the issue. I chose one and he firmed up the estimate and we scheduled the work. He and his crew showed up on time and got the work done with no delay. Work quality was great. The crew was also great. Very professional and respectful of the space. I'd recommend Jim and Sabillion without reservation!

They rebuilt 4 large rotted Posts that anchor the stair railings on our wraparound front porch. The crew was skilled and friendly, initially doing a good job. Unfortunately, within a week, after the first big rain, the corner joints on the rebuilt posts began to separate & gaps appeared. I called Jim and he immediately an addressed the problem, sending a new crew who completely rebuilt all 4 posts. They stayed late to ensure the work was done properly. Many months later those posts all look great! There as no attempt to charge for the rework. It’s so refreshing to find a contractor with the integrity to throughly stand behind the quality of their work. We will define use them again.

Very professional and fair

Poor communication and late. Looked at work to be done and did a test area to provide accurate price. Then tried to up price within 20 minutes of starting the work a few days later. Disappointing outcome.

The painters are not done, so far as their prep work is excellent.. Painting should start very soon if it does not rain.. ?? ☆☆☆☆☆ They start working around 8:00am and work until dark. If you are looking for a painter, I highly recommend Sabillon Construction Company LLC. and they have all of the necessary paperwork, Business licenses, workers comp, and liability insurance.

Great crew! They show up and do the work promised. So refreshing compared to other experiences we have had in the past. Good communication and working with them has been amazing.

Jim's guy really knew what they were doing. They did quality work and completed our project ahead of schedule.

I hire sabillon contracting to installed new flooring through out my entire three bedroom home, remodeling my kitchen and paint the exterior of my home and I'm very glad I hire sabillon contracting. They were a pleasure to work with . Each team work professional,kind and courteous they were also very skills at the work they did. Jim the property manager was extremely helpful,he help me pick all my colors and materials for the kitchen, flooring and paint job,he also tightly managed the project from day one and make sure everything came out right,I would highly recommend Jim and his team,he did great job.
