ONE STAR TOO MANY. WARNING: Do Not Hire Nick Sabin ? A Bully, Manipulator, and Defrauder. If you are considering Nick Sabin or his company, protect yourself. As experienced property owners who have managed many contractors over the years, we can confidently state he is THE ABSOLUTE WORST we have ever encountered.Nick is a classic smooth talker who uses fake, excessive politeness and superficial compliments to gain your trust. In reality, he is slippery, aggressive, and dishonest. When I made a simple mistake while writing a check, he turned hostile and insulted me. He uses intimidation tactics against clients and verbally abuses his own crew. He was so loud and disruptive that my neighbors even complained about the disturbance to our neighborhood.He walked away leaving behind a defective, unfinished deck that violates basic building codes. Worst of all, he stole expensive materials that we purchased directly out of pocket. Do not fall for his act. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS!!!

He does not finish the job that he started, we will not pay in full again. He is a smooth talker, but he doesn't follow trough on what he says he is going to do.
