They are professional and experienced. A relatively new company that give great rates and fast service. Replaced my sewer lines from the house to the main in one day using a trenchless pipe bursting method. Definitely would recommend.

We had a sewage back up on a Sunday morning onto our front porch. The first plumber we called did not show up. The second cleared the drain, ran a camera inspection, told us we had broken pipes and gave us an estimate of $9000 to install a new cleanout and run a trenchless drain to the street. In shock, we called Sacramento Sewer and Drain for a second opinion. Russell responded with surprising promptness that same Sunday afternoon! He came out Monday afternoon. Repeating the camera inspection (with a much brighter light) he showed us that only the clean out needed replacing, nothing else. He was low-key and calm. The repair estimate was $1800. We hired him on the spot. The work was begun and completed on the day promised. It was quite a job, initially involving the removal of a layer of brick. I was delighted that Russell removed the bare minimum number of bricks neccessary, making my follow-up repair so much easier. He then dug a deep hole (with only a shovel) expertly removed the old cleanout and installed the new one. But here is the thing that amazed me: he cleaned up so thoroughly, so immaculately, that you would have thought it was his mom's property he was working on. I was frankly astounded. Based on this experience I do not hesitate to recommend Russell and his company most highly, and will call them first the next time we have a plumbing problem. In contrast with other plumbers we have employed, this experience was FANTASTIC!

Russell and his technician of the Sacramento Sewer and Drain were excellent. They responded to my call for help to clear my tenants sewer within 2 hours. After clearing the drain, they ran a camera through the drain and discovered tree roots in the drain pipe. They dug a large hole, removed 4 feet of broken pipe and replaced it. Very prompt phone response and same-day service. The owner Russell listened fully to my long history of an irrigation pipe issue that other professionals could not solve, and quickly began pursuing different possibilities for the difficult problem. With patience & determination he zeroed in on an unlikely air-gap issue that proved to be the problem, fixed it, and did thorough testing to verify the issue was corrected, which saved us a lot of worry and money. I recommend his services very highly, and will go to him first with any future plumbing, sewer, or other related issues.
