Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install

Had problems getting the contractor to install the tile the way we wanted it and getting it was a challenge as well. Now, we're having problems with the grout cracking and two tiles popping up. Of course, I cannot seem to reach Doug (the Sac Tile Works contractor) no matter what I do.

I would hire Doug again and highly recommend him! I called him on July 4th. On July 5th he had a crew at my house promptly on time, he was there to make sure the work was done correctly. His communication was excellent. I made a mistake and measured incorrectly and there was not enough tile. He took care of my error very graciously. The work is very high quality. BEAUTIFUL.
