Sadler concrete and construction

He did not show up! Would not answer his phone. Finally called the next day and lied about not getting any calls. His price was what we found out later was very high. But we kept our word hoping he would do it as agreed. NOT! He dug out our driveway and did not show back up until 2 days later again not answering his phone or texts. Here we go again! When he showed up he put the forms up and put the rebar in. Then did not show up the next day like he said he would. Unreliable! Blaming it on the cement company in which I called the company and they said they had plenty of concrete and trucks available. Finally he showed up and we are having to park at neighbors. Put the cement in and smoothed it out. Then wanted a payment in which we were hesitant to do so we agreed to paying half of it. Another 2 days goes by and he showed up to take the boards off. They left a mess and the concrete trucks made a mess in the street in which my neighbors and I had to clean up. We paid him in full of the balance owed. What was supposed to take 2 days took 6. Totally unacceptable, liar and unreliable. Buyer beware Rick is not a good choice goes by Sadler as well. His promises are not be believed and his prices are very high. One of the worst experiences we have ever encountered.

Known him for several years does good work!
