Saela Pest Control is amazing! I highly recommend using their services, and I need to shout out Ben! He did an amazing job and really got us set up for the future with our home. He explained everything very thoroughly and made us feel confident with our decision of using this company’s products and services going forward. Ben was very professional and very trusting right from the beginning to the very end! Don’t look anywhere else for pest control; you won’t be disappointed.

Wasn’t even a customer but they blocked me in my own driveway. Definitely not somebody I’d hire, if they don’t care about where they park why would they care about the work they do.

Professional and courteous

Service Technician very professional & friendly. This was the initial visit as part of our service contract. Answered all of our questions to ensure our collective understanding of the treatment process both indoors and outdoors. My only feedback was when asked directly during our Q&A before service contract signed regarding going into the crawl space and technician responding 'Yes of course', I found out after the visit when inquiry with my husband what he found in the crawl space, the technician did not go into crawl space as he stated they do not go into the crawlspace for 'Ant' control.

I have been overall very happy with the service. On occasion I've had to have them come back and re-spray but they are very willing to do that and very efficient.

They will lower the price to get your business. I appreciated they had clear communication, arrived on time, and swiftly completed the work

Quick to respond (called within minutes and had availability same day). Thorough explanation and walk through of pricing and scope. Managed expectations well and delivered on what they promised! I would highly recommend them!

They are fast to respond and send updates via email and by phone call. The price is a little steep to me but I don't know the standard here. The pest control tech showed up quite late for the appointment and without a ladder for the pests in the attic BUT he went the extra mile while being over here, getting the traps into some very hard to reach places.
