The last time they sprayed outside an army of small beetles entered my kitchen. I tried to contact them for two weeks, but their phone service did not work. I tried to chat and although the message was that they would contact me. They did not. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes at a time, and as I have mentioned I have tried constantly (daily) to speak to someone. If you have problems with your phone service you should fix it. I am so disappointed with this company.

We have not been happy with our service. We hired them last summer and they do regular servicing inside and out. we still have just as many ants, bugs and spiders as we did before. Also when they set an appointment t8me slot between 8am - 12 noon they are consistently very late. They always show up at 1 pm or after. We sit home for those 4 hours for nothing. This is how it has been for a year now. I would fire them but im under contract.
