They were on time and performed the services both interior and exterior. They were very thorough and met my requirements. I've been with Edge for 2 years and I'm very pleased with the services. The price is reasonable and has remained the same since I started with them.

Ant invasion inside house.- large house w a couple of areas. Have had company come a couple of times already within this 2 week period but always come the day after I call. I realize it will take some time , hoping their product works. Initial, 1 month after then quarterly commitment w trips as needed. Other companies called were not available until a couple of days - a week. Could not wait that long. Pricing between companies pretty similar- so far very pleased w service. Service guys have been nice, both on phone and on site- knowledgeable. Easy enough to find out on google what is needed for ant control, so u can tell they know what is going on. Canisters and hoses used , which is more than the company we used in past. So far, would recommend them. Expecting the ant nest to be eventually destroyed. Just a large difficult area to treat.

Ethical business, fair rates for rodent control. I have a contract and am glad. Each tech is extremely qualified, professional and takes pride in the service they provide. They explain what they found, what treatment they are prescribing and why, what to expect, how it works, etc. Each tech is customer focused and efficient. Always on time and prompt for their next appt. Appreciate the safety protocols adopted during the pandemic. Highly recommend.

Theyâ re friendly and work fast. Had some issues with people being extremely late and one who refused to check my traps, even though the folks from the previous visit told me to specifically make sure the next tech checks them. However, they pay attention to peopleâ s feedback and that person did not last long with the company. Finally a company who holds their employees accountable and keeps the ones who do well.

The workers are courteous, adhere to use of masks and maintaining distance, arrive when expected, and perform the job in a thorough and timely manner.

Taylor was very knowledgeable about the current issue in our backyard.

I felt their sales and subscription models were deceiving. I would not have cared so much if their work actually reduced the number of spiders I found in my home.

Have been using their quarterly service for a one year. Have not had any pest issues. Edge will come between treatments if needed. I have not needed them to. Very happy with the quality of their work. I would recommend them.
