Superb customer service. Notified 2 days prior to appointment via email. Technician calls 30-45 minutes prior to arriving at your house. Very thorough - asking if there are any needs / concerns to be addressed. Remarkable that every technician that has been to my house, ALL have stated how much they LOVE working for this company. Owner truly takes care of their employees.

When the engineer visits the house he is always in a hurry to hastily move out. We permitted him, knowing that it is a pandemic, but no need for him to hurry. He did not address all the areas properly.

Be very careful with this business. They will hard-sell you on services you do not need and their contracts cannot be broken without paying anyway. I will never hire them again.

I like that Edge is very responsive and take measures to come out when called. Each service technician is professional and courteous. We just havenâ t been able to catch the rodent, which is stressing me out because itâ s clearly smarter than all of us
