Nice kid named Luke stopped by my home to see if I needed some ant, spider and other bug control which happened to be at the right moment. I have been having a spider problem where they have taken over the front entry to my home. Luke was very courteous and professional and offered a very good deal to which I agreed. later that same day a pest control tech named William stopped by and was also very courteous and professional. He sprayed the entire outside of the home and even swept off the old spiderwebs from the sconces and siding. It's a great deal and a great service for the money.

The company has a good product and a good service platform. Service and sales speaks English and listens and is helpful. There is a little bit of a breakdown at the technician level communication. Instructions given to administration, didn't quite make it to the technicians. I understand that, for many technicians, English is a second language; however, consider letting the owners write instructions directly to the tech through the owner portal.

I also have 3 rodent traps that were finally taken care of by George. All other times nobody checked the traps. George said all three had no bait in them.
