Seems like they were more interested in signing me up on a maintenance contract then actually getting rid of the critters outside of my home. I had 3 techicians come to my home 3 times and then the regional manager since they did not seem to understand my problem or have a good solution. I am currently taking care of the problem at my own expense and will cancel the contract with this company

Had a treatment prior but had an issue come up and they came for a free re-service the next weekday

The representative was so kind and professional, also very personable - he was able to identify a lot of areas for attention that I never even thought of but so glad he brought to attention. I have only had one service however I am looking forward to seeing continued results.

I hired Orkin and thank goodness for cameras, because the Orkin guy did not do his job. I talked to Edge, and they showed up, and thoroughly sprayed for carpet beetles infestation. Then the next guy that came did a thorough job as well, then the last guy did the same. All nice people who know their job, and they no how to handle customers who are freaking out about these bugs. I had never heard of carpet beetles before, and the people at edge are very knowledgeable, and very patient with me through it all. I look forward to working with you all in the future. Mosquitos is next. Thank you to all the people that helped us.

The only thing I wish they would do differently is give me more advanced notice that they are coming as I have a gate that has to be unlocked. Currently I only get a phone call 30 minutes before they arrive and I am not always available to unlock the gate. When this happens my backyard does not get serviced. I'd love it if I could get a text a week or in the least 2 or 3 days before they are to come that way I can prepare and get the value of the service for which I pay. I have requested this multiple times. Please make it happen or I will be forced to change companies when my contract is up. Otherwise, they do a great job.

The company is responsive and seem to know what they are doing. We had ant problems that just kept getting worse and worse as they continued to invade our house. Someone came out to spray down the indoors and outdoors of our house. They have a policy where if we are still having problems in between treatments we can call them and they come out to treat again at no extra charge with is great

We have been using them for years, the people are always very professional and friendly. They do a meticulous job.

Always notify you ahead of time when they plan on performing service. Easy to reschedule if not convenient. I haven't noticed any problems with mosquitoes this year so far compared to past seasons using other services.

Ants returned after 7 weeks, they came out the next day.

The company always sends an email to tell me when treatment is due and if the day is convenient. On the day, the technician calls to let me know when he/she will be there. We used to have a real problem with mosquitos, but not anymore.
