One Time Interior House Cleaning

I had done a lot of clean-up in my rental upon vacating. I hired Miss Cruz to do the last-ditch cleanup upon moving out for $200. I sprayed oven cleaner in the oven and she (according to my husband) turned on the auto clean on the oven. When I checked later, the oven cleaner was still in the oven - NOT wiped out, so I had to do it. I also noticed crumbs on the island. I had purchased an oven cleaner since she said she did not have any and when I got back to the house the oven cleaner and my toilet bowl cleaner had been removed. Not saying she took it, but I can not find it. I expected the house to smell clean and fresh but there was no hint of a clean smell. However, the floors did look nice.
