I called these folks for a free estimate. The tech arrived and said the problem could be 3-4 things. Then he said he would Google it. I told him I had and I gave him the 3 things. He checked out 2 and then WE only had one left. He said it could not be that because the heater would still be up. The. He says, oh, you were right. It IS that. I have to get the part the day after tomorrow and come back to replace it. I asked if they charged by the hour and he said no and that he does not do the money part but said it would take less than an hour (it took 10 minutes) and he said it would not be right to charge for a full hour. I googled the part and it was $70 to which the tech said, we likely get it for less at our parts place. So, I figured $70 for the part and maybe $60 for labor for a total of 130 but instead they charged me $210.91!!!!! Imagine?!!! I asked for a review and he said that $150 is their minimum charge. Do not use Safari!

Had a new cartridge filter system installed for my pool. They did a great job and did it quickly. The new filter is working as advertised.

Just hired them to do pool maintenance for me, so far they are fabulous!

Tony is very knowledgeable. He was prompt and very friendly. He replaced the sand in the pool filter with glass filtration. Tony performed the job, which can be messy, with minimal mess. He carted the sand away while the last individual who did the job just washed the sand into my grass.
