    Do not use this company! Mark was over 2 hours late the first day. Showed up with a broken shovel and said we would have to help dig. After a few minutes he said the price was going to be $1200 instead of $400 because the septic tank was deeper than most and he would need to rent heavy equipment unless we wanted to dig it out. He charged $100 and said to call him when we had it dug out. We had the tank dug out and called him. He said he would call us back when he got to the office. Three days later he called and said he had problems with his phone. He scheduled to come out 3 days later to pump out the tank. He was scheduled to arrive at 9:00 but did not show up. When we called he said it would be 12:00. No show again at 12:00 and I called to tell him not to bother. We hired a different company who showed up on time and pumped the tank for less money. They said the tank was the normal depth. He ripped me off for $100 and is a crook!

    This lady is a flat out liar literally none of the things she said are accurate and the sad thing is I was trying to help them out and now she is making up all these fake things that didn't happen basically just trying to slander me!!! Code for a tanks depth is 6 inches below or 6 inches above grade now you go look at that giant hole and tell me if that looks like 6 inches to you get real!!! I have been nice polite and courteous even when I was being disrespected but I'm going to tell the truth and draw the line with this review!!! This lady is a crazy person!!! Never asked a customer to help me dig a day in my life

    I received a call within seconds of inquiring. Scheduled an appointment, he was very flexible. Called me before he headed to my property. When he arrive he was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Showed and explained to me the issue. Quoted me on the spot. I excepted, he went to get the part and returned within an hour to finish the job! Great service as he went above what was need to make sure we were good to go. Eork was neat and good customer service skills. I definitely recommend him!
