They were very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Discussions with them regarding the mold remediation were steeped in common sense (in comparison to other estimates I received). The work involved was spelled out in a detailed estimate and performed thoroughly.

The work was completed in one day as promised. There was some ceiling damage caused by the installation of the insulation. Safe Clean has promised to repair the damage but they haven't completed the repairs yet.

Steve and John are extremely professional and prompt. Ditto for their entire crew. I felt confident having them do this work (i.e. clean up and disinfect following a floor). I would both use them and recommend them.

They tore out everything and did the mold remediation. I paid for insulation and it has not been forthcoming. They ripped a 2X4 down to bring their equipment through and it has not been replaced. Someone used the shelves on a built in unit for a ladder and broke one of the shelves. Owner is almost impossible to reach. He has more sick friends than most people have friends. His website promised a full rebuild package. He had one drywaller call once and this man has not returned any further calls. It's the middle of November and you can walk through open spaces without walls almost all the way through the house. No ceiling, no walls, no insulat

Safe Clean was a very valued contractor. Stephen came to our home, and checked out our situation. He was such an honest, and outstanding contractor that he told us that we actually did not need anymore insulation, and we would be fine with what we have. It is rare to find a contractor that will drive many miles to a job oppotunity, and then give the homeowner there honest opinion on what the consumer really needs, and not try to sell them on something they don't. I would recommend Safe Clean, and I give him 100%, top notch, five star rating.

We are selling our home. After making several inquiries, I hired Safe Clean Inc. to remediate mold in our attic that was discovered during a home inspection. Every phone call and question was responded to promptly. The work was done as promised and I now have a certification and transferable 12 month warranty from seller to buyer. I am very pleased; they could not have done a better job.

I got several estimates and many opinions(all different) and liked the service &price Safe Clean offered. I wasn't completely satisfied and they immediately sent out another crew to redo the job to my satisfaction. They also recommended a contractor to do the repair work and he was terrific.

The only thing I can say is that, like all my construction projects, when a contractor gives me a time table I should know to just double the time frame. Steve & Joh did a great job, it just took longer than I would have liked.

They did a good job, but weren't able to finish in the one day they originally said. They were 1 1/2 hrs late on the day they returned to finish the job and didn't call to say the would be late; I had to call them to find out what was going on. All of their work was neat and clean.

I had Safe Clean install new insulation in a crawl space, update the crawl space vents and add insulation to plumbing running through the crawl space area. They did a great job on the insulation. However, the vents they replacecd were for indoor duct work and thus inappropriate for a crawl space. Furthermore, the plumbing insluation was left unfinished.

This outfit is unethical , and I would not recommend them. They short changed me by using 4" pieces of 2x4's instead of 2x4's - in all the places that they needed to staple the insulation. Now, I need to install the inside wall, but have to remove the insulation, and install 2x4's, so that I can have some place to mount the drywall onto. They never returned my calls, after they got my check... obviously, I do not expect any guarantee on their work. Besides, it took 3 days to finish, now I know why. They had to cut up all those 4" pieces of 2x4's!!

I used Safe Clean and I had them do the work. The owner who came out was informative and an estimate arrived promptly. The workers who came out worked hard, but I felt they were inexperienced. They were supposed to put insulation behind the dishwasher in the kitchen where I had trouble in sub-zero weather with the pipes freezing, but they didn't have a clue how to move it. I called the owner and he said they did it all the time, but he apparently called them and told them not to do it. I don't think I would use them for anything else in the future..
