Scott and Erika are the parents of two daughters and members of Light and Life, an Avon, Indiana church. I second whoever said this was the best customer service experience ever! We literally wanted to rate Scott five stars before he ever got here, but now that he has completed the job we wish we could give him 10 stars! From his initial response to my inquiry (which was immediate) to scheduling and ultimately the actual service, Scott was professional, responsive and beyond quick (without feeling like any corners were cut). Not only did he install a new fan in our bathroom, but he assisted with an existing fan replacement and also fixed the dryer vent to go out the exterior wall instead of through a window. Everything is now up to code and working great! The pricing was also very reasonable and he was able to get the work done quickly.
