timely service - couches were in need of deep cleaning and they made them look like new again. only downside is the dry time was longer than they told me and they didn't offer anything for preventing future stains (beyond scotch-gard). But these are minor downsides. Definitely would hire them again.

The cleaning was great, there was just a difference in the over the phone quote and the on site quote but after a small adjustment by the employee on sight everything was fine, he did a very good job.
