This company is not professional as advertised. I do not have anything good to say about this company and I would hate for anyone else to have to find this out by having a bad experience as I have.

Cliff was attentive to details and the 1st to respond. We will keep him in mind for anything else that needs addressed.

fantastic people and great work

They spent five weeks in my home and still have not finished one task. I had to hire someone else to finish. They broke, lost, and threw away many items that were needed to finish my cabinets. I have to buy a new piece of countertop because they ruined it by cutting it wrong twice. I had to fire them because their work was awful. They damaged my brand-new cabinets by running nails through the front. We had to do our own plumbing because they could not install copper. We are picky and wanted copper, and we knew we could do it correctly. They rarely cleaned up after they were done. I had to beg for them to finish anything. Thus, nothing is finished yet. They cut a slice through my tub. I gave them $18,000 upfront for supplies and labor, and then I gave them another $5,150 during the process. They did not buy all the supplies and ran out of money, so I had to buy the supplies that should have been bought at the beginning. For instance, they did not buy any adhesive or grout for the tile. They did not buy any plumbing for drains when they knew we were moving the washing machine to a different room. My water heater stopped working after they moved it. The water heater broke because they turned the power on to it without adding water and burned out the heating element. We hired another company to fix the problems. They used door trim rather than baseboard. There are many chipped vinyl flooring planks that they damaged. They also returned $600 worth of flooring planks that we never saw again, nor any money. They bought clearance countertops at the home improvement store that had no end caps available. The store made them aware of the lack of endcaps because it was a clearance item. This was also not the same countertop I had picked out. These workers came back and told me that it was the home improvement store that lied, but it was them the whole time. They refused to give me receipts and told me to figure it out myself, so I have no itemized bills. They bought tools with my money and had to use my tools to perform many parts of the job. Terrible service. The tools bought were a shop vac and table saw.

I would like my money refunded.

They painted my carport and trim good but did not clean off the paint on the flashing they did a bad job on fixing the door to the wood storage.

I appreciated meeting them for a review of work performed and an accurate estimate. I would recommend incorporating a service like Venmo or PayPal to streamline payment. I would definitely hire them again.

Work preformed was good. The guys that did the job did good but didn't have the tools they needed which caused the job to go a lot longer than normal, but not a big deal. The only issue was with the finish and clean up after everything was completed. The contractor did try to send someone over to finish moving appliances back and hook up, but I had already got everything back in place. Ended up having to repair a water line to the dishwasher because it got broken when originally disconnected. Other than than, the finished work was good.

They did a walk-in tub install. The put it in wrong and some features dont work. Tub was suppose to have shower doors. It did not. The had to repair a wall. It is awful. They will not return calls or messages now. We have to hire people to fix their sub standard work.

No sales pitches and no BS. Straightforward and good people. Work was exemplary.

These guys are the best I have hired for remodelin job. They went above and beyond to make me happy and do a custom job They were great to have working here. Cleaned up after the job nicely. Wish that there were more starsâ ¦ cause they desire a 10! Will hire again

Converted (2) closets in my loft into alcove beds. Any questions were answered immediately and the came up with answers to several problems. Their work is excellent and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Would recommend them. They do what they say they will do and guarantee their work.

The small job was completed, left smalls scratches on the aluminum door. I do feel they are trying to get their newly established business up and running. Wish them the best!

Clifford Harden was the manager for my project. He kept me informed on the progress of the project, including pictures. He was so professional and pleasant to work with and the quality of work done was spectacular. If have a home repair, donâ t hesitate to choose him fo get your project done. I highly recommend him.

The outdoor fireplace looks great better than expected. The rain slowed down the work but in the end I am very satisfied with the way the project turned out

The men comprising Safe Elite Transformations have a passion for excellence. They are good people and hard working. They respect their customer, explaining carefully what they will do, asking for your input, They do what they say they will do. They call if there will be any delay. Their work is beautiful. They not only replaced our porch ceiling. They hung a new shutter for us. They sealed a place in the roof soffit where squirrels were getting in and creating havoc. I trust them and would highly recommend them. I will definitely hire them again.
