Trent was very good at telling us what needed to be done. The people who did the job were here within a week. They took out any stuff in the crawl space that was not suppose to be there, worked together very well, were very pleasant to interact with and cleaned up everything after them. I very pleased with SafeGuard and would recommend them for anyone who thinks they might have a mold problem.

Trent came out and inspected our crawl space for mold. He displayed integrity telling us our problem didn't need professional services. He gave us simple instructions on how to handle our issue. We are happy customers.

They went into a small crawlspace in August and removed standing water and mold. They did an excellent cleanup job and kept me informed throughout the project. Great group of people!

These guys came out over the weekend to do the work. That;s right they worked Saturday and Sunday to remove the mold, cleanup a basement with 3" of water, carried out debris from basement, tore out walls in basement on a super hot day. We needed to be able to get into the house to start remodel and they came to the rescue. They missed a couple of things, but when it was brought to their attention, they came back out immediately and took care of it. Thanks for the great job guys. I highly recommend them.

I have had contractors do a lot of different things over the years. I have been told many different things like when they will show up or that they will do this or that. I've NEVER had one that did exactly what they said, when they said. Josh and crew were here when they said, did what they said, in a very timely manner. All were very professional and hard workers. Josh stayed in constant contact with me before, during and after completion. If there were any problems afterwards or concerns, he is available to help. And he has. I would hire him again without hesitation. Bottom line is he does what he says, when he says.
