Pros: The estimate and scheduling were done quickly. The work was done in one day. The price was good. Nice people. Roof looks nice Cons: Early on at the estimate phase I made an appointment with the owner but when arrived no one was there. Then there was an issue with voice mailboxes being full so I couldn t leave a message. When they weren t here on the day they were scheduled to be, I had to call them to find out they would not be coming until the next day. (Which was fine, I get that they were behind because of the rain; it just would have been more professional if they would have notified me.) We found over a dozen nails in our back yard and on our deck. I was expecting to find a few, and I don t know what an acceptable number is, but it seemed like a lot.

They did a really good job. There were several times I called Steve and he even made suggestions on helping me decide on the best roof for me. I think that the reason I don't give it a 5 star is because the roof is too new, it is under a year.
