I provide honest, thorough and unbiased home inspections throughout the Central Arkansas area and have over 20 years of experience in home building, remodeling and property management . He went above and beyond. Even after my inspection was finalized and finished, he was really prompt in getting back to me and I live well over an hour away. He gave me all the information and relayed it to me in a very easy to understand way. It seemed overwhelming at first because it was my first home purchase and I got this big packet but the way he broke down the information was easy to understand. He broke down all aspects of what he was saying and made sure that I understood it.

I've bought multiple homes as a fixer uppers and I have had the best experience with this company. The use of high tech infra-red sensors that would break down proper use of isolation to photo documentation, I appreciate the manner in which he presents information. You will not go wrong with hiring this business. I would have no problem paying him more for his services.
