Walter Wyatt was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He responded lightning fast to any of my calls. This was my first experience with Home Advisor and he was the first one to contact me and I hired him. I have lived in FL for 12 years and am used to providers not calling, etc. I didn't cost compare but am glad I didn't. He may not be the least expensive but competitive. We hired him to inspect our home we had built a year ago and full warranty was ending. He prepared a 19 page inspection report and found some things that could be potential problems in the future. If you are looking for good old fashioned customer service like it used to be, hire him. Highly recommend!!!!
